Art Commission Terms of Service
- By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms below. These terms are here to ensure a clear and fair process for both the client and the artist.NOTE:
I’m not good at English, so please make the order easy to understand.
General Information
- All commissions are digital only. No physical products will be delivered.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, with or without explanation.
- If you cancel, ghost me, do a chargeback, or back out without paying, I have the right to reuse any existing work (such as sketches) as a YCH, adoptable, or for other purposes.
Communication & Response Time
- If I send you a message about your commission (questions, updates, price confirmations, etc.) and you do not reply within 24 hours without letting me know in advance, I will consider the commission canceled and no refund will be given.
- If you know you'll be unavailable or slow to reply, please inform me beforehand. Otherwise, I will assume you're no longer interested.
Payment
- Payment is accepted through PayPal or Ko-fi. I’ll let you know which method is available for your commission.
- You must pay either:
. 100% upfront, or
. 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval (for non-Skeb-style commissions).
- For Skeb-style commissions, full upfront payment is required.,
- A 4% PayPal conversion fee is added to the final price.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only given if I am unable to complete your commission.
- There are no refunds if you cancel after sketch approval, ghost, or disappear.
Turnaround Time
- Completion time can range from 1 week to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the request, my availability, and my motivation.
- I am a student and mostly work on commissions during weekends, so please be patient.
- Do not request constant updates. I will send updates at each main stage (sketch, colors, final). If I haven’t updated you in over 1–2 weeks, you may ask for a status check.
Revisions
- You may request up to 2 small revisions during the sketch stage.
- No major changes after the sketch is approved, unless it’s a mistake on my part. Additional revisions may come with a fee.,
- For Skeb-style commissions, only small corrections are accepted after the final delivery.
Usage Rights
- Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
You may use the art for personal prints, icons, headers, references, etc.
- Commercial use (promotion, covers, streaming assets, VTuber references, merch, etc.) requires either:
. A commercial license (double the base price), or,
. A custom fee depending on usage.
- Not sure if your use counts as commercial? Ask me first.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Claim the artwork as your own
- Alter or resell the artwork
- Use the art for NFTs or AI
- Use it commercially without paying for the proper rights
